Intercultural & International Management
The expanded specialization is designed so that 50% of the total program workload is focused on the area of Intercultural & International Management. The modules and courses include the following:
- Intercultural Competence and Practical Training in Intercultural Communication (6 CP)
- Application-oriented modules on international topics ( 28 CP)
- Project Seminar (4 CP)
- European Integration (2 CP)
- Special electives (6 CP)
- Two Regional Studies focusing on Asia or Central and Eastern Europe (8 CP)
- International Practicum/Internship (30 CP)
- Bachelor Thesis and Colloquium on a topic dealing with international business administratio (16 CP)
Business Administration
The proportion of courses dealing with core business topics is approximately 30%. These courses provide foundational knowledge in relevant subject areas, including:
- Personnel (HR)
- Organizational Behavior
- Marketing
- Accounting
- Management Techniques
- Finance
- Economics
Key Competency
Key competencies, such as Math, Statistics, English and courses targeting the development of personal and social competency (such as Moderation Techniques, Team Development, Communication, etc.) comprise approximately 20% of the program content.
